Product Description

“Yesterday” represents the past. The writer takes the readers on transitional journey where they begin to view things that have happened in their lives (or those that are still happening), differently. The different perspectives shared in the book are intended to move the reader from the valley of hopelessness into a place of peace and contentment.

We have all had experiences in our lives that made us cry and left us bewildered and defeated. We have all shared tears and have had our own share of pain. Tears therefore represent all of us. Also, whatever we may be going through in life, there is always someone who can relate to our experience.

The key message contained in the book is that perspective is everything. How we react to the challenges of life depends on how we view them. Appropriating the right perspective enables us to give meaning to the everyday events of our lives. Instead of being overwhelmed by the vicissitudes of life, we begin to live our lives against the background of meaning and purpose.

The book has nuggets that empower readers to connect everyday events to the purpose ordained by God for their lives. It enables them to link daily experiences to the bigger picture. The book also equip the readers with strategies to effectively deal with opposition against their lives, meant to thwart and frustrate their destinies. The book also brings healing to the ailing, the hurting and the broke. It strengthens those that are bewildered and feeling defeated.

The journey ends with the reader appreciating that there was a divine purpose behind everything that they ever went through. The book ends on a high note of praise, where the spirit of a reader is lifted up, from doom and gloom to effervescence and the reader’s tears are wiped off.
