How do I use a gift voucher/coupon?
If you have received a gift voucher or promotional coupon, if your gift voucher/coupon covers the full amount of your purchase you can click on the third option on the payment methods which is “PURCHASE USING GIFT VOUCHER/COUPON.” If the gift voucher/coupon covers a fraction of the total purchase price proceed with choosing a credit card or direct deposit to complete your payment.

How do I make a payment?
There are two methods of making payment. You can make a payment through any VISA or Mastercard from anywhere around the world. If you are in South Africa you can make a direct deposit into our bank account (Find bank account on the checkout page).You can also make a payment through an EFT into our account; once the funds have cleared in our account we will process your order.
I did not receive an order confirmation notification.
If you completed your order and made payment but did not receive a confirmation of your order kindly send your name and email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will trace your order.
Can I order something that is out of stock?
When an item you like has low stock available or out of stock allow us 14 days from the day you place your order and we deliver. If the item has been discontinued, we will notify you immediately and you can use the credit to purchase something else available.
Can I return a product?

How do I create a new account?
Click on sign up, you will be requested to enter your email address and create a password. You will also be asked to add your billing address and your shipment address. From then on you can continue browsing the store. Once done you can logout.

To edit any of your account information, click My Account on the top right corner of the website and your information will appear and you can edit it.
How do I place an order?
Follow the following simple steps:
1. Select your items and add them to your cart
2. Once you have everything you want proceed to Checkout button
3. Confirm your billing and shipping address
4. You will then be taken to an order confirmation page which will give you your order number and delivery time lines and a terms and conditions button.
How do I give feedback on a product?
You can rate a product directly from a link provided on the right side of the product image. All comments will be posted on the website.
